Classic Brooks Robinson play
You gotta love the sprinting opposite direction all out heave
And he nabs Bartolo, one away.
We’ve been fortunate to see some ridiculous defense in STL at the hot corner with Arenado and Rolen, but this might be the best play by a 3rd baseman I’ve seen
Was that Alejandro Kirk running? /s
Damn, I thought he called the hitter Bozo.
Reminds me of that manny throw
The umpire just throwing his helmet back to him is just gold. “Challenge it kid”
Nice play, but almost every player in the MLB aside from Pozo beats it. He’s literally the tenth slowest to first in all of baseball. 0.01 faster than Rowdy Tellez and .01 slower than Alejandro Kirk.
The only guy in professional Sports who would have been thrown out on that play.
