I would have guessed Fernando Valenzuela would be on here but he had around a 2.60 for his first 2 years
okay but he’s 600 Ks out of first place with 4500 less plate appearances, that feels like a very relevant detail here

Skenes is so electric, but he just feels like a ticking time bomb for Tommy John’s. Reminds me of Strasburg a little over a decade ago.

“but for steroid users- are all in the hall” is really misleading considering 4 of the 7 of them listed ahead of Stanton aren’t in the hall and Stanton had thousands of less plate appearances than all of them.

Stanton could strike out another 2000 times and yet I’ll still always remember his 2017 year. Absolute stud.
Jose was great but he eventually hit a wall and stopped developing after that.

Not to take anything from Skenes but I’m curious how many innings pitched he had in those starts vs the other guys.
