Not the Ferminator.. Good return though for a guy turning 31 soon. Guess this means they aren’t shelling out Jensen and possibly even Mitchell in a big move. Feels like they wanted to try and recreate what Detroit did with Flaherty last year but the return wasn’t moving enough to take the chance on moving Lugo, combo that with what the reported offer to Boston was for Duran I think we got our answer on what they decided on. Nothing wrong with being conservative.

That’s a solid return but GOD im gonna miss Ferm. Hope he pops off in SD
Definitely building for 2026 while trying to keep 2025 competitive. Savvy moves so far

Hoping Fermin will get to be their starting catcher. Diaz and Maldonado are batting .202 and .204 catching for the Padres.
We’re gonna miss you, Freddy. Legitimately one of the best, if not the best backup catchers in the league who has a case to be a starter on several teams in the League.
Go help the Padres win the World Series, unless it’s against us.
