What’s going on guys? This is Costy with Pic Dogs and I’m here with Jay Yang for another edition of the Jay Yangle. What’s going on brother? Hey Costy, how are you? Uh the July has passed. This is new month August the highlight of baseball regular season. So I’m ready for the new month. Uh let’s win some baseball games. So, I mean, I know that right now you’re totally focused on baseball, but at what point do you even start looking at NFL or it’s not something you really even look in advance knowing that really the regular season is really what matters? Yeah. So, so I’m I’m playing uh NFL preseason. I did pretty well last season on the preseason. So, I want to focus on that. And obviously I’m prep I’m prepping my NFL system uh as of now. So I’ll be ready for the regular season pretty soon. Oh well I did something I didn’t even know that you were actually doing NFL preseason and you’re you’re heavy into it because have a lot of groups that don’t do it doesn’t mean it’s not something that you could attack. There’s a line on the game and there is an edge. So, I’m excited once we actually get into it that we could start breaking down some NFL preseason as well in these videos. So, but let’s do the breakdown. Arizona versus Oakland. Right now, the listed pitchers are Kelly and Lopez. Um, so why don’t you give everybody the Yangle and the prediction in that game? Yeah, of course. Uh, Arizona versus Oakland, Kelly versus Lopez. So, we are locking the under here. uh as both starters bring enough to keep the total in check and I believe there’s a downturn in Arizona’s offense. Uh and uh Mary Kelly has a command first arm who can give four to five clean frames and the ace bats aren’t built to handle his cutter and change up mix. Uh the opposing him is Lopez. He pounds the zone, mixes speeds well, and should match up favorably versus a slumping Arizona’s lineup that has struggled to string together offensively after the trade. So, I’m taking under on this matchup. Now, I mean, you know, as we discussed, you know, Arizona’s offense has really struggled of late. Um, I know an under makes sense with a struggling offense and considerably the A’s have played much better on the road than they do at home as well. Um, that is a hitter friendly park. So, taking the under, you must have some confidence that this Arizona offense is just really underperforming and will continue to underperform. Correct. Yes. Yes. So, I studied it. Uh here are a few reasons as to why we cannot trust Arizona’s offense and I’m backing under. So since the Naylor trade, the Arizona has continued a losing stretch with a one to five record in the series. The momentum is just not there with Arizona. In six games, they scored six runs. Uh so I think the ball part Not good. Not good. Not good. No, that’s not good to score six games, six runs. Yeah. Oh my god. That’s not That’s horrible. It’s not good. Offensively not clicking. We They just cannot score runs when runners are on bases. Uh even Oh, and they even traded Suarez a third baseman and received, you know, Lier first baseman, a couple of pitcher prospects, Krenton and Burgos. Not nearly helpful uh trade for their offensive lineup. And you know, as I mentioned in my summary, the Lopez actually matches well without Naylor and Sores versus Arizona’s offense. I mean, on on the Arizona’s offense and Kelly, uh, Mary Kelly five games recorded four quality start pitching. So, we should trust Kelly versus Oakland. So, there are five reasons to believe under the pitching matchup and Arizona offense after trade are the angles. So, I think we can ignore the ballpark uh factor and I think we should trust under. So, hope this helps you in. Yeah, love that explanation because I was playing a little bit of the devil’s advocate for you because it is a hitter friendly park. So, to hear the under and the reasoning and five reasons behind it, it makes perfect sense. I mean, like I said, guys, Jay will break it down for you guys.
