Hope everyone is doing well. We got the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Athletics going at it. This will be game three of this series. Uh we saw game one. The Athletics won 5 to one. Uh the Diamondbacks are just in a really bad spot right now. I mean, this team I I’m I mean, they’re basically giving up. I, you know, they made some big moves. They traded a lot of solid solid pieces for prospects during the deadline. I think this Dbacks team knows that, hey, we’re not going to win this season. Let’s shake things up. What we have right now is not working. And uh yeah, when you look at their last 10 games, they’re they’re one and nine straight up in their last 10 games. It has been bad. Um and in that in in those games, you know, they played a series against the Pirates, you know, they played, like I said, game one and um in this ballpark in Sacramento, you would think this would be a good spot for the Dbacks, but with how bad this team has been, um yeah, it’s it’s ugly. And for this one, guys, I mean, they’re going with Eduardo Rodriguez 0 and5 in his last five starts. Um 623 erra. It just hasn’t been pretty for Eduardo Rodriguez. It’s It’s been really ugly. I think they had they had high hopes for him coming into this season and it just really hasn’t panned out. On the other hand, it looks like we’re going to have Luis Severino on the mound for the Athletics. Um Luis Severino has struggled at home this season. This has not been a friendly ballpark to Luis Severino. So, even though the Diamondbacks have been just terrible, and I’m definitely not betting on the Diamondbacks, it doesn’t with Severino on the mound in this ballpark. I’m a little worried about just taking the Athletics as well, though. Um I I think the best play has to be the over. You know, we’re on the over on Saturday as well. I’m recording this before that game starts, but these are two of the worst bullpens in the league. the the Athletics have the second worst bullpin in the league, 527 ERA, and then the Dbacks have the fifth worst bullpin in the league with a 491 erra. This is This one’s going to get ugly. Um I I don’t see a world where there’s not double digit runs scored in this game. So that’s going to be my play. I’m going to be on the over. If I had to pick a side, I would definitely take the Athletics. I mean, like I said, I I just if if you’re betting on the Diamondbacks right now, I just can’t I can’t see how I just can’t see how you could do it. This team just looks horrific because the thing about the Diamondbacks, we know they’re pitching [ __ ] Like, they their pitching has been [ __ ] all season long. But their bats were able to bail them out of some games. Their bats were able to win them some games. Well, they’re not hitting the ball right now.
