  1. Not going to hold one fumbled play against him after he’s been great for the last month.

  2. Hey, sometimes your basic mechanics glitch out and break down. Weird flubs happen.

  3. Honestly he’s been so, so much better since he got his eyes checked I have a hard time hating on him anymore. And he’s constantly been pretty sound defensively so this stinks but it’s an aberration.

  4. Dead Arm Jones, wtf was that? He needs to watch Revenge of the Nerds and perfect Lamar’s limo wristed throwing motion for better power.

  5. Looked like maybe at the very last second he thought about not throwing it to see what the runner was going to do but was already too committed to hold on to the ball.

  6. This reminds me of a random game I was watching on TV as a kid, and Bobby Bonilla was in RF for either the Mets or Orioles. There was a base hit that rolled out to him in RF and he picked it up and began to crow hop and wind up to try to throw out a runner at either home or third.

But as his arm was already like halfway through the throw, he must have decided he had no shot at the runner and tried to hold onto the ball. However, he was already too far through the motion to stop, and he ended up just crow hopping and launching the ball straight down into the ground and it just bounced away and the runner scored anyway. I remember just cracking up at it, it was such a dumb, funny blooper that always sticks out vividly in my memory for some reason.

  7. Ive never seen that type of fuckup by a professional in my entire life and Im pushing 60
