18. I was there today in the Terrace section and looking up at the rusted iron beams. The stadium is definitely showing it needs some serious renovation. Of course nothing will be done next year with there likely being no baseball in 2027 or likely a very short season.

20. Hopefully the City and MLB takes Arte out and make him sell the team if he doesn’t want to do nonthing even Arte said that if has to pay the city 2 or 3M he said he aint paying 2 or 3M so that means he aint paying for the matience or other stuff that needs to be done
