History is going to look back at this Brewers team and people are going to look at this run and think, “Wow! How many perennial all stars and hall of famers were on this stacked roster…?”
It’s been brutal.
You gotta hand it to them. They’re so good at all of the little things.
So are they the greatest team in the history of sport
I’m gonna take one for the team and start betting on the Brewers. That should kill their streak pretty fast!

I just finished the book Let’s Play Two. There is a section in it that describes the 69 Cubs team that was loaded and the upstart Mets suddenly gelled as a team, put the pressure on the Cubs, passed them, and never looked back. It’s eerily familiar to this season. The Mets only had 1 star on that team at the time, Tom Seaver. They had Nolan Ryan, but he wasn’t Nolan Ryan yet. He couldn’t find the strike zone with a map. The Cubs had 4 future HOF’ers, but Leo ground them into dust, and the pressure got to be too much. The Brewers are going to win this division. Of that, I have little doubt. The Cubs need to secure the top WC spot and then turn it over to the baseball. Gods come playoff time. Remember, the 2015 Cubs were the 2nd WC team and took it to the NLCS before running out of gas.
Cubs just can’t keep up. You would think eventually the brewers would start stacking losses but nope. 21 wins 4 losses last 25 games like cmon that’s ridiculous
