  1. What would it be called if a pitcher got 3 outs with 3 pitches? And has that ever happened?

  2. A little funny that the announcer seemed to have no idea it was an Immaculate Inning until it popped up on the screen

  3. I wonder how many immaculate innings have been burned because of blown ump calls. Wasn’t there one last year?

  4. Seems like the announcer didn’t even realize there was an immaculate inning until that text showed up to remind him haha

  5. How is it immaculate? The AB against Austin Hays shows a count of 1-2, making it NOT immaculate

  6. Is that the same guy that got rocked yesterday and couldn’t buy an out? Baseball is weird.

  7. I was at Wrigley for the game and didn’t even realize until the game was over. Their bullpem was lockdown on us today.

  8. I was at the game and didn’t even notice. That’s what taking a 1&3 year old to the game does to a man.

  9. Today was my kids’ first MLB game and my first game at Wrigley and was super cool to be able to see this live.

  10. The pitch sequence was the same for all 3 batters too! Sinker, sinker, slider which is also impressive.

  11. It should be 121st. Yamamoto threw once back in June, but for some reason, the ump called the 9th pitch strike down the middle a ball. Sigh.
