27. The Browns won’t trade him because they’re making $$ from him being on the team. Shedeur is a great player and because he’s not getting a chance to show it with the Browns doesn’t mean a thing. If he plays well when he gets a chance he can go to another team with an organization that acts like to want him and to invest in him, he’ll ball out like Baker. It’s hard to change the mentality of a losing organization if they don’t want to change.

29. The Browns’ veteran quarterbacks are proven backups. Dillon Gabriel is not NFL capable. Shedeur Sanders is their only real hope. Despite being a fifth-round pick, he will prove he’s a first-round talent and soon lead an NFL team, hopefully not the Browns.

30. Why are people worried about being wrong about drafting a Quarterback?
    It happens EVERY YEAR. The pride argument is disturbing to me.

    The concept of drafting ANY athlete is a GUESS about their ability to perform at the professional level. Organizations guess wrong all of the time.
    Standing behind a draft pick when you KNOW that the athlete isn’t a good fit for your team is simply wasting time and money.

    The entire reason why Kenny Pickett is a member of the Browns is because the Steelers felt like they made a mistake and moved on.
    They had an entire conversation about sending Shedeur to the practice squad. If that’s how they feel before he’s played a down, then they don’t believe in him or his abilities as a quarterback.
    Keep Dillon Gabriel and go out and draft your “quarterback of the future” next year.
    How many Quarterbacks are teams wrong about each year?

    The faster that a team can identify the mistake and move on, the better they will be in the future.
    If the Cleveland Browns feel like they have made mistakes at the Quarterback position, they should make their corrections and move on.
