Lineup 8/7/2025 – Maybe Marlins matchups might materialize more magnificent moments

  1. I completely forgot Jonathan Ornelas was a thing and that he was called up just a few days ago.

  2. For those wondering about Nacho, I’d have to assume it’s a regular day of rest.

He missed a bunch of time injured earlier in the year and was only activated off the IL right before Riley went down the first time. Given his travels between AAA and MLB, the regular playing time, and his injury this seems like a day off.

  3. The Marlins have yet to share their lineup. They are trying to convince their players that the Atlanta Braves won’t hurt them, despite a lengthy history.

Also, most Marlins understand that the Yankees (sans Judge) are a dogshit team disguised as good and the Braves are a good team uncharacteristically playing like dogshit. They are fully aware the good version may come out and that is very scary to fish.

  4. I have no baseball experience, but at this moment, if I was managing, I’d have this lineup

    Harris (he’s hot right now)
    Olson
    Baldwin
DH (I’d probably put Murphy in over Ozuna)
    White
    Profar
    Albies
    Allen
The 3rd string 3B who i forgot his name.

If Nacho was starting, I’d switch him and Allen.

  5. so the way things are going there is a strong chance the Braves are in contention for the #1 pick next year in the draft, are there any sure fire #1’s for a way to early guess?

  6. Love that the Braves are fully embracing the tank at this point instead of trying to win meaningless games. Get that #1 pick
