Yeah, starting out Washington and I think he’s going to have a great year. I would say he’s going to put up around 600 to 700 yards and uh help help the offense, you know, gain some first downs, a couple touchdowns in the red zone. He’s 67, like 265 lbs, and he looks like a freak out there. Last season, I’m not the blocking tighter. He’s a blocking tight end. But, you know, I never really had a chance to showcase my passion or, you know, just leaking the ball. Do you feel like you’ve always been a good pass? Is that something that you kind of got in your show or have you really tried to improve that area? Personally, I feel like I always been a good passer. You know, um we going back to like I it’s been some years now, but going back to high school, you know, I never blocked. You know, I was a receiver in high school and you know, transition to tight end in college and you know, that’s when I start learning to block in college. So, I feel like I always, you know, able to catch the ball. It’s just kind of hard to showcase it when you’re very good at something else. [Music] I mean, I don’t complain though, you know. I just embrace my role and happy to be here.

Darnell Washington is an ABSOLUTE FREAK ATHLETE. No way someone 6’7 265/270 should be able to move like this! At camp I got a chance to talk to a few fans and we all agree lol. Gronk made these comments 2 years ago. The Steelers should absolutely showcase his talents especially in the redzone. In this Offense with Arthur Smith, no reason we can’t see Washington, Friermuth, and Jonnu on the field at the same time… WITH DK!!! He’s recently come out and said that he’s willing to play left tackle. He’s won reps against our edge rushers. If Broderick is struggling… take it back to UGA and let them both hold down the blindside. Washington is very much a Swiss Army knife for our team. Featured correctly he should be a pro bowler. Hate to think how Brady would’ve utilized him, but I love the idea of Him and Rodgers connecting and bringing back that “discount double check” TD celly.
