Now, uh we’ll discuss this total first. as the Pirates have actually gone over six of their last seven games. That’s for a team like Pittsburgh that’s one of the worst teams uh in Major League Baseball for scoring runs and hitting, that’s pretty good. However, the Reds have gone six out of their last seven to the under. When these teams get together, the under has gone uh sorry. Yeah, the one it’s 17 and one to the under. And actually that one over was last night when that total was six and a half. So again, these teams tend to play unders. Uh this line actually opened up at eight last night late last night and it’s been bet down to seven and a half. Uh, we’re just going to stay off the under here at at this. I just don’t like the seven and a half. I think eight was the right number. And I just said sometimes when you look at lines and you see a little, as I like to call, little fishy lines for for us, we just pass that. Anytime I just don’t feel right about a number like that and it’s bet down. And like I say, I I thought eight was the right number. So, we definitely will have to pass this total here. But you have some stats there depending on what you like with the total. What we do like are the Pirates for the first five on the money line at even money. Now Mitch Keller goes for the Pirates and Mitch had a solid July with a 2.93 erra. Now he did get beat up his last game in Colorado, but who doesn’t get beat up in Colorado? Even uh Paul Skins had his worst start of the year in Colorado. And that whole series, if I remember right, the wind was blowing out like crazily out uh that whole series. So can excuse Mitch for that. That I think the July outings are more indicative of what how Mitch has been doing this year. He actually has already faced this Red’s club in Pittsburgh this season and he held the Reds to one earned run over six innings. If Mitch can do that tonight, we will win our first uh five money line play. Now, the Reds send Chase Burns to the hill and this 22-year-old is going to be a good one. There’s no doubt about that. He is already a strikeout machine. He he can have a lot of strikeouts. But, however, when he hits the road, you got to remember he’s young. And in three road starts, he’s sporting a 9.28 28 erra with a whip of 2.06. Those aren’t great numbers for the road. And even with the way Pittsburgh uh hits the ball on that, but again at home, Pittsburgh tends to score a lot more runs. And uh the way Chase has been on the road, I just don’t trust that uh that that he’ll be able to do enough to stop Pittsburgh from getting a few runs here. But there’s no doubt he’s a name that you want to remember. As long as he doesn’t get into any injuries, he’ll be a name to remember for the future. There’s no doubt about that. Uh so our play for this video is going to be the Pittsburgh Pirates for the first half on the money line. Even money.
