The Marlins bring out the brooms. They sweep the Yankees out of Lone Depot Park and they’re now 500. It’s Jeremiah Guyer from the Locked On Marlins podcast. At one point, this team was left for dead at 24 and 40, but they’ve been one of the best teams in all of baseball over the last month and a half. They’re now at 55 and 55 and smack dab in the middle of the wildard race. Edward Cabrera was awesome in this game. six innings, one run, struck out seven. You have Jacob Marcy, a double and a triple. He was electric all series long. And Kyle Sters is the next Marlin star. He hit his 25th homer of the season. He deserves to be getting MVP consideration in the National League. This team is on fire. Look out. Go Marlins.
