I think it would be absurd to pay him 10-15M more than Giddey.
I would love for him to become a 2 way player and keep him but unless that happens I think you trade him at the TDL.
Jalen Suggs, Quickley, Jordan Poole, and Jeremy Grant all earned at least 30 mil last season. Coby White is worth it
I think you end up paying Coby if you want him to stay. Lots of teams value him. He’s def getting $30m somewhere.

I would just trade him. I think he’s a good player but the Bulls are an absolute dumpster fire and no way will they build a winner around him, so why pay him?
He is likely a 3/4th player on a contender

If the Bulls got Coby and Giddey for $55 mil ish together it’d be good for heavens sakes. #2 & #3 stars (even though Giddey may soon be a 1 or 2 as early as this season) for that money in 3-4 years will fit very well. Of course this is just a place to vent on anything Bulls so…..
A lot of this sub sounds just like the Reinsdorfs. Contracts are not at all on the same scale they were 5-6 years ago.
I would prefer they trade him now because they could get a lot in return considering his cheap contract. But, if they extend him, $30m isn’t a crazy price. The salary cap for those years is going to $150m+
