  1. “You seem to love breaking the hearts of Yankees fans.”

    You’re god damn right!

  2. It’s always a GREAT day when the Yankees lose!! Especially against US!!!

    Altuve owns NYY 🐐

  3. Didn’t feel like they’d get the W but glad they pulled it out. Walker needs to figure his shit out. FTY!

  4. Trammell has absolutely earned the spot to be the backup OF imo, that bomb was so clutch

Hader will be unavailable for most likely the remainder of the series, but securing a win is what matters.

And Clutch Correa is so fucking back man

  5. That was way too close for comfort at the end, but a dub is a dub.

Cmon Tampa, do your hurricane bros a solid

  6. I was sweating bullets in extras. Get another one tomorrow with Framber on the mound and keep this shit rolling!

  7. I’ll be honest here, I really feel bad for Devin Williams. Dude used to be such a good relief pitcher, but I have no idea what happened to him.

Regardless… Thanks for bailing us out lol.

  8. That was one of the most stressful regular season games in a while. Felt like a playoff game.
Thank you Altuve, Correa, and Trammell!
Waiting for my heart rate to come down whew

  9. If the Astros sweep the yankss there’s a small chance tha astros end arron boines carrer as a player and manager.

Aaron Boones last team as a player was the houstons astros where he went 0-10 on the season

  10. Where is everyone who said we were going to be obliterated by the Marlins and Yankees after the Red Sox series?

Golden Era isn’t quite over everyone. This team is still one that AL teams expect to see in October. Continue enjoying it while it lasts.

  11. Fucking doomers have ruined the game threads for me. Can’t even be optimistic or rational without someone saying we’re gonna lose

  12. Correa and Altuve coming through with RBIs and Taylor Trammell (who will not be slandered on this thread) with the exclamation point to cap off an extra innings dub against the Yankees. Hopefully, this relaxes some of y’all who were about ready to jump off the cliff several times tonight lol. We persevered through LOBsters and LED lights.

We’ve now won 3 out of 4 since getting swept by the Red Sox.

Let’s Framberize some Yanks tomorrow night and get that series dub.

  13. I’ll say it again, Altuve just shows this extra satisfaction with his expression after winning in Yankee stadium.

  14. Our 1-4 looks awesome. Add Yordan in there and it gets even tastier.

The bottom 5 is capable. I’ve given Walker plenty of shit, and tonight was not his greatest night, but he has been better recently. Fact is, he isn’t going anywhere, so we need to find a way to fix the lower end of the order so that he and Diaz aren’t next to each other. Walker seems to bat better when the bases are empty, not sure the stats back that up, just an observation.

  15. Anyone else love how it’s only Astros highlights that don’t get posted on r/baseball? It’s kinda glorious cause they all know it’s happening.

  16. Seattle looks a little hungover from their World Series celebration vs the White Sox
