The Red Sox signed Roman Anthony to an eight-year extension. They now have signed Anthony Campbell, Baleo, Raphaela, and Crochet to long-term contracts. Baseball can’t work in Florida. That’s what they said. Well, wait. This past weekend, the Yankees and Marlins had a three-game series that brought in over a 100,000 fans. The Marlins got their first ever three-game sweep of the Yankees. Go back to July 11th, the Marlins were 24 and 40. Now 56 and 57, just six games out of a wild card spot. 44 and 16. That’s the record the Milwaukee Brewers that have had over the last 60 games. The best stretch in baseball in the history of the Milwaukee Brewers.
