This will be game three of the series. We saw game one. The Orioles won a close one. Three to two. I thought that game was a little bit was going to be a little bit more highcoring to be perfectly honest with you. Uh game two happens on Saturday evening. I’m recording the Saturday afternoon so I don’t know what the result of that game will be. I am on the over in that one. I do think we see a lot of runs in game two, but game three, it looks like we have Luis Severino on the mound for the Athletics and Kade Povich on the mound for the Orioles. I’m not a Kade Povich guy. Um I never have been, probably never will be. You know, we saw him miss pretty much he missed the second half of June. He missed all of July. And then he just came back on August 4th, had his first start against the Phillies. And you know, he gave up two bombs, um, four hits, four earned runs. It’s really those bombs that that hurt him there. You know, he went pretty deep in the game. He he got he recorded 17 outs, which is pretty impressive. But like I said, guys, not not a big K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K K Povich guy. When you look at Severino on the surface, you may think, oh, Severino is having a horrific year. It’s been terrible. But he’s actually been good on the road. You know, Severino’s RA at home is a 634 this season. He’s been terrible in that ballpark in Sacramento. But away from Sacramento, his ERA drops down to a 317. I don’t think there’s another pitcher in a league that has such a drastic improvements in their ERA from being at home than being on the road. It’s actually crazy. So, say what you want about Severino, but on the road this season, you could trust him. You could trust him. And in this spot, I think I’m going to roll with the A’s and I’m going to roll with Severino. I think if the A’s were to pick up a win this series, I think this is their best chance. I think they will be able to secure off Kate Povich and I think Severino does enough to get them through, you know, six, maybe even seven innings. And yes, that Athletics bullpen is scary, don’t get me wrong, but that Orioles bullpen isn’t much much better either. So, give me give me Road Severino. Give me the Athletics.
