Forget the Phoenix Suns, The Mercury Are The Basketball We Need
They’re living up to the hype. You missed exciting basketball. You missed passionate basketball. You missed a a group that goes out there and fights for every possession. You’ve got it now this summer. And I get it. There’s a stigma for some people when it comes to the W. Well, get over yourself. Get past it because this is fun basketball. This is edgy basketball. This is basketball like we’ve wanted in the Valley for two years. And I don’t care if it’s women, men, or aliens playing the game. When I see basketball like that, I’m going to gravitate towards it because basketball is my first love and I know it’s the Valley’s first love. And if you are discounting these women just because there’s a W in front of the NBA, that’s a you problem, not a them problem. These are going out there every night and playing like true superstars.

I've been trying to tell the Valley for the last 2 months. These ladies remind me of the Era of Suns teams pre-KD
