  1. Asu sorority girls. I promise you, those ladies are still fun, can’t promise you they look the same…..

  2. Legend has it they are still there taking pictures of themselves, as they never realized the game ended.

  3. I was in college around this time when I noticed how people in general, but it did seem more natural with women, would sit in the dining hall and just be staring at their phones, not socializing. 10 years later and this has become the norm.

  4. They had to make a donation to the sorority’s choosing with an apology after this. Fucking stupid.

  5. Is it a rule that every baseball stadium in America needs to have that one Cardinals fan that wears cards gear to a game that doesn’t involve the Cardinals?

  6. On one hand, I get it.

On the other hand, if they’re having fun at a 4-hour-long baseball game, let them have fun.

  7. Honestly, not to be that guy, but this is kind of rude.

I’m a huge baseball fan. But when I go to the games, I am not locked in watching 100% of the game. I’m knocking back beers, eating hot dogs, talking to buddies, looking around at the crowd. Baseball games are great because you can just experience a summer day. Plus, if you’ve ever been to a box or a club lounge, it’s like you’re not even at the game.

All that to say, it seems very targeted to mock these girls for being on their phones and not paying attention to the game.

  8. Note the one brunette sitting more alone. My wife is a (hot) brunette, and has mentioned that she’s repeatedly been put on the outside by women like these- and now her friends are all Jewish or redheads. She has a kind of visceral reaction to groups of blonde sorority girls in our current college town as a result. Immediately made me think of her seeing this short clip that probably is not representative of the experience of the girl in this video…

  9. Almost as bad as these two rambling on and on about the “Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers” restaurant in the ball park the other night. Almost.

  10. The ballpark was running a contest about submitting your best selfie taken at the game…

  11. I love when people don’t post the context. Don’t forget that at the game, the announcers ASKED the fans to take selfies and tag themselves in it. Then the announcers spend two minutes of the game mocking them. They weren’t just all taking selfies for no reason unprompted. The announcers literally asked them to at the game.

  12. I never understood why people cared so much. You have plenty of time to stare at girls and make fun of them. They have a few minutes to get pictures. What’s the difference. Neither one of you is watching the game

  13. Young women: having a good time not bothering anyone

Old white guys: Fuck them! Why won’t they talk to strangers!

  14. Regardless of gender, when I watch a game on TV, I can’t help but notice and sigh at the people privileged enough sitting in the most primo seats behind home plate barely paying attention to the game.
