The struggling Chicago Cubs shook up their roster today, sending Nate Pearson to Iowa, DF’Aing Jon Berti and activating Javier Assad and Miguel Amaya before the Cubs take on 1st place Toronto. Assad will make his 2025 debut tonight and Ben Brown was scratched and moved to the bullpen. A big series for the Cubs, indeed. Preseason who cares if your #1 qb don't start games don't mean a thing
For everyone wonderinf the 2016 cubs only had 4 games better then we did at this point so while panick is warranted we still can easily stretch out 90+ wins and make playoffs id we cna get backcoj the rught track starting today
I like the team having 3 catchers. I remember they did that before. I think they won the World Series that year. Berti was ready to try and play on another team.
Cubs will lose 2 of 3 to Toronto. They can't beat good teams on the road.
