12 STRAIGHT WINS for the Brewers! 🥞 Time for burgers in Milwaukee 🍔

Bias Meyers stays in. He’s got Brian Reynolds at the plate and a line drive into left center field for a base hit. It falls in front of Lockidge who just checked in into left. Couple of defensive changes. Durban is now at second base. Monasterio is at third. And there’s Lockage out in left. Tommy Fam at the plate and Fam takes a ball. Brewers the seventh time in franchise history they’ve had back-to-back games with 12 runs. Got to go back to 2018 the last time as FAM singles back up the middle pair of games in Philadelphia against the Phillies. Scored 12 runs in each of those. 14 last night, 12 today. Yeah. Swept the Phillies in Philadelphia. They swept the season series against the Dodgers. I mean, those are two pretty good teams that the Brewers been able to pretty much control pretty well. scoring a lot of runs. That’s been a nice stretch. That’s an understatement. Seven run lead. Gonzalez fouls it away. [Music] Couple of hits and four at bats for Gonzalez. Each team with a dozen hits today. On the ground of third, Monasterio going to step on the bag. Throw a second to get two. Wow, how about that double play? I thought it was going to go to first base. A little closer to third base. That could have been a triple play, but a little bit too far to go. He catches that ball right on the bag. I think he might have had a chance at a triple play, but hey, they got two. Well, and out away from a 12th straight win. Fitting they’ve got 12 runs on the board. Canario at the plate. 40,123 on a Wednesday afternoon in Milwaukee. [Applause] Not sure if they’re saying let’s go Brewers or let’s go Burgers. Could be both. [Applause] Two and0 and Canario. There’s a strike. It’s only happened three times in franchise history where the team has won 12 run 12 games or more. 871 18 runner goes. swing and a foul and down to their final strike. And look what was just delivered. [Applause] Oh, I’m not taking a bite. How do we get lucky and get a uh get a burger so fast? Magic strike away. Two balls, two strikes, two outs. Tobias Meyers kicks and deals. That’s high and walking into second base. is the runner Gonzalez. [Applause] I’d say the grills are hot. 3-2 pitch. Struck him out. 12 in a row for the Brewers. And it’s burger time in Milwaukee. Wow. Well, you can take a bite now, partner. Go ahead. Oh, what a run for these guys. Unbelievable. If you’re not sitting here watching it in person, you wouldn’t believe it. The way these guys have turned this season around, offense, defense, pitching, it’s been magical. Just keep it going. [Music] This the second time in the regular season, postseason not included, that they’ve ever had a dozen in a row. Go back to 1987. That was Rob Deer on Easter Sunday. That would tie it. And then of course Dale Swain [Music] team streak 1987 13 straight wins to begin the season. The Brewers with 12 in a row and ain’t done yet. four straight series sweeps for the Brewers to go along with it. And they will

  1. Just like the Green Bay Packers went 12-0 entering the 2011 season since the Brewers’ 12 game winning streak along with their 12-0 record entering August caught my attention as a Brewers and Packers fan. Wahoo!!

  2. What's so enjoyable about this is the way they do it: fundamentals and teamwork. They're fast and they go for it at all times. I imagine every coach in just about every sport in America is going to want to know how this coaching staff got that to happen.

  3. Enjoy it while it's happening. Post season is a whole nother beast, but this happening now is just remarkable to witness, as a born and raised Brewers fan.
What a team, what a run!

    Go Brewers! 🧀 🍻

  4. The price of Milorganite should go down in Milwaukee. With all the hamburger poop that will be going through the city toilet system, a lot more Milorganite will be manufactured. Adam Smith, the laws of supply and demand. With so much extra Milorganite available and a flat demand, the price should go down on Milorganite.

  5. I'm a Cubs fan. This this is legit and deserving of more respect than it seems to be getting!!! We got 5 coming up in Chicago 😂😂😂❤ Guess we'll see wbwn

  6. There’s absolutely nothing impressive about the Brewers at all. They were never really gonna be any good. They don’t deserve credit & it will be broken apart & Will not get to the playoffs.

  7. Five stages of Cubs fans' grief: 1. You know the Brewers; they always compete. 2. Uh oh, Woodruff is back. 3. What is so special about this Misiorowski kid? Oh. 4. Are these MFs ever going to lose? 5. The Crew is amazing. Time to concentrate on the Wild Card race.

  8. We are not peaking. We have pitching up the a**. THAT is all that matters in october. If we scrape 2-3 runs a game in the playoffs, thats enough to win with this staff.

  9. It’s interesting how these small market teams seem to “save baseball “, every few years. Much love to the Brewers. I hope you’re able to go all the way.
