Ejecting Duncan of all people for laughing on the bench will never not be hilarious.
Can’t be doing that, good call! Folks paid big money to see Joey ref that game and Timmy D was interfering with what the fans wanted to see.

Honestly, there was grounds for banning Duncan from the league for this. Thank god Joey Crawford is a patient and kind human who let him off easy with an ejection.

Crawford focusing on the bench when the game was going on is just huge level of pettiness. Dude was short in stature and temper. He seemed like a Napoleon who hated having to deal with all the players who were twice his size, especially since most of them were cheered and loved by fans.

To be fair the ref was fined 100 k (in 07) and suspended for the rest of the year and playoffs. It was a really ridiculous and downright stupid call, but he did pay a fair enough price imo. Dude also had to go to anger management counseling, not sure if it affected him positively after this incident.
