It was Noah Cameron who is a really good young pitcher for the Kansas City Royals. He went six and a third, excuse me, five and a third tonight for KC. Six hits, one run. It was the home run. Two Ks. He walked two. And Aaron Savale, six innings, eight hits, three runs there, earned three Ks and a walk. And Carlos Estz, his 31st save. You know, there were a lot of teams in baseball that did not like Carlos Estz over the winner. He’s only one of the top save guys in all of baseball. 31 for 37 now in save opportunities. And that is our Hooters winging it. Starting pitching matchup. Again, they score in the first inning. They get a Mikel Garcia base hit. That brings in Bobby Wit Jr. And then in the fourth, Sosa hits his homer. In the bottom of the fourth, Salvi Perez says, “Uh, we’ll take the lead back. Thank you.” He hits his 22nd homer on this one. And oppo to right field. And then Adam Frasier, a double to deep right. It scores Salvi Perez uh in the bottom of the six. That’s it. That’s all the scoring you got. Look, every game is a learning experience for this young team. That’s all it is. You’re going to finish way, way, way up the track with a 44 and 78 record right now. It is what it is. Enjoy it. You know what else I watched tonight? The Savannah freaking bananas at Ray Field. Sold out. It was phenomenal. Absolutely spectacular. Wish I could have gone. Couldn’t get tickets, but super cool. Not much to say in this one. The White Sox have lost 12 straight in Kansas City. Aaron Civale pitched well enough to win, but the offense, which hasn’t been great of late, scored just a run on a Lenyn Sosa solo HR. The Savannah Bananas were more entertaining at a sold out Rate Field. Mark Buehrle & AJ Pierzynski made an appearance for the Bananas!
