You’ll find all my plays there. Let’s get into this one, guys. We got the Phillies and the Nationals going at it. This will be game three of the series. We saw game one, the Nationals picked up a nice win. Picked up a nice win against the Phillies. Uh the Phillies bash just couldn’t get going in that game. Um they the Nationals won that one three-2. As someone who had a Phillies team total over five and a half ticket, that was not a pretty watch for me. That was not a pretty watch for me. The Nationals bullpen actually, you know, looked pretty damn good in that game. So, kind of surprising result there. And then game two happens on Saturday um evening. I’m recording this Saturday or no, sorry, game two happens on Friday evening. I’m recording this Friday afternoon. So, I don’t know what the result of that game will be, but we’ll see. We’ll see how it goes. But for this one, it looks like we got Taiwan Walker on the mound for the Phillies and Kate Kavali on the mound for the Nationals. You know, I’ll admit it, man. Taiwan Walker, he’s been good this season. I did not think he was going to be a reliable starter for this Phillies rotation. I thought the Phillies made a bad move picking him up to be perfectly honest with you, but the dude’s been good. I mean, 339 RA, I’ve been kind of waiting for the downfall of Taiwan Walker, but it really just hasn’t happened. I mean, when you look at his last 10 starts, he hasn’t given up more than three earn runs. Um, a lot of these starts he’s had shut outs or only allowed one earn run. The dude’s been good. The dude’s been good. And on the other side, he got Kavali on the mount for the Nationals. You know, K Gavali looked really good in his first start, allowing zero earned runs, three hits. Uh he pitched four and a third in in that game against Athletics, but he did come down to earth a little bit in his last game. He allowed a bomb, seven hits and four earned runs against the Nationals. Had a little bit of problems with with some walks there as well. He had three walks in that game. So, you know, I think there’s still a lot of questions about Kavali. I’m not saying he’s not talented. Um you know, if you know Kavali’s career, he was a highly talented prospect. had a lot of problems with injuries. That’s kind of been the downfall of his career. You know, he’s played in the minors a lot because of that, but he’s getting his shot again and he looked good in his first start, looked bad in his second start. And unfortunately for him, now he has to play a Philly scene. And I don’t really love this matchup for him. I do see the Phillies scoring some runs off Kavali and even though that Nationals bullpen did look good in game one of this series, I just don’t know how sustainable that is. I I don’t know how sustainable that is. I I think the Phillies bats can come alive in this game and score a bunch of runs, but I know I just gave Taiwan Walker his flowers, but I honestly think the Nationals are able to put up some runs off him as well. I’m going to be on an over here, guys. I’m going to be on an over. I want to fade both these pitchers. Taiwan Walker, you’ve been good, but I know there’s a blowup start right around the corner. I know you, Taiwan Walker. You’re not fooling anyone. I I know who you are, Taiwan Walker. This performance, these performances that you’ve had, it’s not sustainable. there’s going to be a bad game coming. Not saying this game’s going to be terrible, but I do think he gives up some runs and I think the Nationals probably tack on some runs late in this game as well. So, I’m gonna be on an over. I’m going to be on an over. I I don’t want to back either of these teams when it comes to a side perspective because I think it can get out of out of hand late in this game.
