Milwaukee Brewers vs Cincinnati Reds – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | August 16, 2025 MLB Season
Six innings allow just a couple of runs. Got no decision. There’s strike three called high splitter and he strikes out South Fre. Second consecutive game and he chops one to short. Two hops for De La Cruz. Two-way and he strikes out. Couple of KS in a scoreless inning for Zack Latell. About the ground ball for Preston and he gets a ground ball right on Q as Vaughn’s got it. He’ll take it to the bag. Two pitches, one away as Fedel is gone. Swing and a miss. Strike out number one for Priier. Priest ready to work. Da Cruz ground ball. The first pitch to Vaughn. He’ll flip to Priest covering. It’s a one, two, three inning for Quinn Pier. Oh, Bryce Tang. Hits one in the air to right and it’s over the head of Martine up against the wall. Durban going to be sent around third. Terra stops at second. No throw. One- nothing Brewers as they take advantage of the misplaying right. Looks like he wants to run. He takes off. No throw. And Barola will take the bag. [Applause] Ground ball to second base. Mlan takes care of it and the inning ends through fly over right sends freely a couple of steps back couple steps in it’s a one two three shutdown inning for Quinn Pier in the second so for him to come right back I mean that’s a great move to short could be two they go to second one to first double play 643 Pster gets the ground ball for Quinn Prester that’s his 19th first pitch hit given up in the season there’s another One in. Doohar goes to right. Da Cruz going to go from first to third. [Music] Lux right back to Priestster. Run it halfway and he gets out of it. Three hits, two men left. Tyler Black digs in and he drives one into right. Marte back and he reaches up and makes the catch. Freelick to right back. Marte there makes another catch. The Brewers pepper in that right field. Wal Marte a busy guy in a scoreless fifth inning. Ground ball to short. Ortiz diving stab gets up. Throws the first. Got him. Go. Unbelievable play by Joey Ortiz. [Applause] Bryce terra tell Ortiz that’s nice that is nice relations man Andrew Groomman on that as Hayes goes down the left field line this is trouble and gone Brian Hayes got a hanging curveball and he ties the game [Applause] Brian Hayes is not your typical nine-hole hitter steer to left back gone wow great American ballpark homer right there for Spencer Steer Two to one Reds 1-1. Ground ball to short out of the reach of Ortiz. First to third goes Dale Cruz. Just out of the reach of Joey Ortiz. Struck him out. Went to the change up and Hayes is out number two. One, two coming. Struck him out with a fast ball. Ashby comes in, strikes out Hayes. Durban down the left field line. That’s a fair ball and into the corner. Lead off extra base hit for Caleb Durban. And here come the Brewers. [Applause] Struck him out. Two gone in the seventh inning. Ground ball to second base. Mlan and Ashcraft gets out of the inning. Completely different story here of late. Off the side of the mound to Ortiz behind the bag and he throws out Trevinho. Got him. High fast ball. Key Brian Hayes is out. It’s a clean inning from Shelby Miller in the seventh. That’s ball four and he chased it. Yell gone on strikes. [Applause] Fly ball to shallow center for Freedel. Seagler’s going to tag. End up at third base. Durban bunts. Hayes barehand pick got throw in time. The wrong guy to pick on with a bun attempt. Ground ball to short. Double play ball. Terang to Durban. That’s one. The first double play. 643. And the eighth inning is over. That’s ball four. Leadoff man is on in the ninth. That’s ball four. Another walk sets the stage for Brandon Lockidge. Pops it up. Infield fly. One away on the ground to second one. First, no. Gets by Steer. Here comes Terra and this game is tied. Struck him out into another splitter and Pagan gets out of the ninth inning. But the Brewers will see a bottom half off the end of the bat. It’s a fair ball. Fawn fields, flips to your rebe covering one away. Check the swing. He went. Contrarus tags him out for number two. Back to the back stop. There’s the winning run in scoring position now as Admir Uribe throws a wild pitch. [Music] Got him. Admir Urebe strikes out. Mlan puts it in the holster and we will go to extra innings. Fly to left against Barlo and a base hit through the left side. They’ll hold Seagler as the ball gets away from Freillley. Here comes Seagler to score. Contrarus is into second base. Freley blew out a tire out there in left field and the Brewers take the lead 3-2. Fawn on the ground. There’s one. There’s two. Huge double play turned by the Cincinnati Reds. Durban on the ground left side. Hayes has it. Side saddle and throws him out. Well, Brewers get one. They lead it three to two going into the bottom of the 10th inning. Got him. One away. 02 to Hayes. Fly ball right field. Freelick back. He is not going to make the play. It bounces off of him and over the wall for an automatic double to tie the game. Fredel pops it up. Third base side foul territory. Seagler by the dugout. Two away. One, two coming. Yes, he did. Strike three. We go to the 11th inning in Cincinnati. Terra lays it down. That’s a good bunt. Lorsa gives to Hayes. The throw is going to be late. Terra beat it out. Fly ball deep left. Monasterio here. What else is new for the Milwaukee Brewers? Someone new stepping up night in and night out. Face never takes anything for granted. Lockidge a ground ball to short. Da Cruz throws him out and a popup shallow center for Fredel. That will end the top of the 11th inning. And Doohar into the gap in left center for Lockridge. He is there. Makes the catch. David Cruz tags. He’s headed for third. The throw there late. He can take third. No big deal. One two fly ball center field. Lockage is there tagging Da Cruz. He’s going to come down the line and score. It’s six to four, but you will absolutely trade that out for a run. Marte deep left. That’s a problem. It’s a one-run game. 65 as Marte unloads. [Applause] Mlan fly ball center field. Lockage is back. Lockage makes the catch. 14 in a row for the Milwaukee Brewers. The hottest team in the land comes from behind and they win it in 11.

Selling the game 😂😂😂🤮🤮🤮
They need to drug test this whole brewers team, there’s no way they are this good. The brewers never won 100 games in their franchise history and they are on pace to win 103 games which is bonkers
Brewers are just inventing ways to win games now to keep from getting bored.
Perros juegos arreglados deporte aburrido 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
6:50 😂 Grounder ate this dude up
Did Yeli use the Uke bat tonight?
You can't make this shiz up. My Motherlovin' Brew Crew! This is OUR Crew!

All I know is, I went to a wed afternoon game in july for miz vs skenes. Sold out. Every game since then, sold out or close. That is how you exhist in big $ ball era. Our city makes our investment ticket by ticket. The same way we chop teams down.
Got it at -115 opening
Millwaukee is on fire!
Tonight a good team was beaten by the best team in baseball. GO BREWERS!
Shout out to the Reds for fighting xtra hard. Nice try.
wow man epic
Reds reliever walks the first two in the 9th. Inexcusable.
Ty hoh
Pagan those walks real surprised ! Been lights out all year ! Go Reds ! Get back after it !
4:00 here come the brewers 😂
This team can win in extras away!
Who's here for the brewers 14th straight win, I am
Honestly the Brewers been a above average team for a while but we've had managers that had different motives that costed us at least 10 or more wins a season and Counselor I mean Counsell is proof…. U can't tell me he wasn't talking to the Cubs while "trying" to win with the Crew… He benefited for managing the Brewers not the other way around… Short story long having the talent partnered with a players coach and staff produces wins and its that simple!!!!
Reds gave both games away
You will never get by the Dodgers
Ortiz is a phenomenal shortstop. It feels like every game he's making plays like he did at 2:35 here. Routine
Great teams make their own great luck. Bottom 10th, Hayes hits the double that could have been a triple but right fielder kicks it over the fence for a double, and that could have changed the outcome. Before that the top 9th, the throwing error by De LaCruz allows the tying run to score, then top 11th, Hayes and pitcher nearly collide on a bunt causing runner to be safe at first then 3 run homer to seal it. They get the breaks because they play smart and have incredible chemistry
The reds be eating massive poops
Nothing Bad Ever Happens to the Brewers, you say?
You’re God damn right.
2:33 Ortiz is just FILTHY
Brewers are not only the best team in baseball, they’re in the Reds heads. Literally, the Reds’ daddy. This is now the 13th straight series the Reds have lost to the Brewers and 44-16 over that stretch. We can forget the wildcard at this point.
