A splendid Saturday at the ballpark here in West Sacramento. It’s game two against the Angels here this weekend. And Kobe Thomas just leaning back on the baseball these days , it wasn’t a matter of, if just a matter of how far luis Reo leads off the second inning against Morales hit hard and over the head of Schuman, a base hit some good swings against early on. This is a good swing here. That’s the second out in the inning on the strikeouts both out in the inning on strikeouts and now Neto will be the batter with a runner in scoring position two away. That’s fair down the left field line. Neto jumped on the 30 pitch. He knocks in the first run of the game scores. Neto Barrels for second got him but the run did score at the plate crossing. The pitcher 85 pitches for Tyler anderson a brisk fourth inning, but he’s out of the game here in the fifth. And ryan Zephyr, John takes over another missed opportunity to get a W today for Tyler anderson. Rooker is zero for one did walk and score three deep to left. You can that Rooker rudely welcomes Zephyr into the game, makes it 5 to 1 athletics with his 25th bomb of the year and a bomb. It was 421 ft out to left field. He knew it right off the bat. Got here’s zack Netto, an RB I single in the second resulted in the long run for the Angels and he pops it up a mile high in foul ground as it state and Harris a full effort goes into the dugout crony there on the left side of your screen, crony , any interest whatsoever. Leadoff base on balls brings up brett Harris Harris showing again immediately on one pitch. Oh, that could have been trouble. It’s almost a moment where you just kind of leave the bat where it was at a self preservation and baseball almost knocked that bat back into the face of Brett Harris. Now you got two strikes. Let’s see if Brett Harris able to find that hole open on the right side. One, two in the dirt kicks away. Hernes takes second and a hard turn around. Second. Thought about maybe stretching for an extra base because it went a long way away from the Angel Catcher O’hoppe. Now still at second. Nobody out two, two soft liner to left center field that will drop down for a hit her is coming around Harrison RB. I single that works out off but it’s 6 to 1 A’s, that’s the baseball gods saying I see you working Brad Harris, you’re willing to stick your face in there. Give up the at bat for the betterment of the ball club. You know what? That’s about a knock runners on the corners. Two outs. The A’s have since added a run in this inning to make it six to one rooker. Now up for the fifth time tonight on one pitch, let it flare shallow right center and it drops down. Harris scores Schuman third now 7 to 1 another. RB I for Rooker is 72nd of the year. The A’s lead by six, a couple of two out runners here in the ninth inning will give Shanell the chance he’s been on base three times tonight. It’s off of Newcom backhanded by a fires it and gets past Kurtz at first to do will score and end up at third. So Trout will have a chance here in the ninth inning and it’s 7 to 2 A fans feet here to the stretch pitch, bouncing ball to third. Harris retreats playing game two winning 7 to 2 over the Halos an all around complete team performance. They win by five after winning by seven last night and Luis morales collects his first major league win.
