And damn it to all hell, the NFL for scheduling a pre-season game at 8:00 p.m. EST. Some of us enjoy being in bed at 8:00, winding down from our long, strenuous days. But you know what? It doesn’t matter because I did take an old man nap this afternoon in preparation for today. And I got to tell you something here, boys. I am loving what I’m hearing from this preseason week three matchup against the Chicago Bears. Some people have been texting me. Some people uh have been shooting me over DMs who are actually at the game and they are telling me that they see Josh Howen is currently dressed. Uh they’re letting me know of some players that are particularly sitting out on the sideline. So, who in the hell knows who is going to be getting the start? I got to tell you what, many of you know I’m from Buffalo originally, but when I was 13 years old, my dad woke up one day and said that he never wanted to shovel a driveway ever again. So, we moved my family down south, but I still miss the food. And I’m regularly up there visiting family. I’m regularly up there for Bill’s games. And I miss Chevetas more than anything. So, now that I have the smoker, I tried doing a little something something and it was delicious. and say for example that we end up getting some good storylines coming from some of our players today. Uh then maybe I know that that that’s a good omen for us. Man, we’re going to have to see. Dang Johnson is in the building, man. Time to send those Bears back to the forest. So, funny enough, I can tell you this during the preseason. So, I’m never really one to look for specific team achievements, but more so individual performances. I’m still waiting on some updates of who we’re going to see, like what starters are going to play, what starters are not going to play. Um, but I really, really want to see the defensive line get some quality reps, sacks. Like, this is probably going to be the most competitive offensive line that we’re that that uh we have faced already. And granted, we’ve only played two teams, but I think we can all agree that the starting offensive line for Chicago is night and day, especially when you compare it uh right to the New York Giants from last week. Show me, man. Like, we heard that Bosa ended up getting two sacks during joint practice with I believe it was day one of joint. Show it to me in a game, man. Show it to me in a damn game, Dan. So, he’s going to be a player, especially if Cedric Vampran Granger is still out, which just is completely mindblowing to me. It’s pretty clear, too, because say that it was any other season of Hard Knocks, I guarantee you that they would have doubled down on that James Cook Holden situation and they barely touched on it. Sounds like Shawn McDermott has been teasing the fact that Tamar Hamlin is probably going to be the starter like right next to Taylor Rap because of once again Cole Bishop seeing some sort of injury that uh he’s missed now two training camps in a row which is less than ideal. But I don’t know, man. I don’t know. What can you do, Dan? I’m going to the Dolphins game week three. What is your prediction, Brody? man, for week three, uh, let’s wait until we end up getting a bit closer. So, I normally don’t give game-by- predictions until it’s about four to five days out, especially when I end up looking at the injury reports, etc. But, I’m very confident that we end up winning that game. There is no way we do not win that game. I can promise you that much. Aper overrated as Josh Allen is just ridiculous. Um, your reactions are usually 10 seconds late. I just don’t feel like the Bills got any better this off season and many other teams improved. Um, so a few things here. So last year, so the Buffalo Bills, uh, were the highest scoring offense in the NFL and that’s playoffs included. Uh we have so the entire offensive line back and we were able to retain all of the players that we wanted to retain this off season like with all of us wanted to have a world where we could bring back Benford and Bernard and Khalil Shakir and extend Josh Allen and bring back James Cook. We were able to do that and that just goes to show you how great Bean is as a general manager. So, we get a very cheap contract in Joey Bosa who right in the grand scheme of things was very cheap and say that he could stay healthy, very advantageous. Uh, we were able to get a better version of Amari Cooper in Joshua Palmer. So, we got a speed guy that was also added right to our wide receiving room. And the biggest weakness Buffalo had last year was depth. So the second that one of our starters went down, that next man up was boo boo trash. And what Buffalo did is we went out and we improved our second string players. So I’d probably tell you that I’d probably tell you that it’s quite the opposite. And so I think that we did a wonderful job uh with this off season in focusing on what on what our weaknesses were last year and coming back stronger than ever. So, one thing I will tell you is so the fact that we were able to bring back that offensive line was key was massive. That’s the biggest thing is having our offensive line back and ready to go. And the teams got worse. Bills stayed at the same level, if not better. Stop capping with the highest scoring offense. So, it was because of the 37 turn. Okay. So, it was because of the 37 turnovers your defense got and the offense would have been average. You and your damn excuses, Glenn. You and your damn excuses. You are chalk full of them, my friend. Always pulling something out to discredit the fact that we’ve been kicking your ass and embarrassing you each and every single time that the Buffalo Bills are on the score sheet with your fraudulent organization. All right, we have Mike White shotgun formation five wide. He’s going to throw a little screen real fast to Elijah Moore, who has some speed, but about a four to five yard gain. So, I hate to tell you this, but like since the second drive, since the second drive from Chicago, and especially right at the beginning of the second quarter, like with every single player you see out on this field right now, maybe four of them make the team and they would be like third string and healthy scratches. And so, the players playing really good for us and our depth. Most of uh most of who you’re complaining about won’t make the roster exception Andre. Oh man.
