Ill be working so my daily post. I hope both games can be played tonight… build a damn roof.
IMO, taking 3 of 5 would be perfect. I would not even cry if it was 2 of 5. Would still have a huge lead in the division but remember we should be focused on a top 2 seed for the playoffs now.
3 or more wins for the Brewers any hope of the division will be toast for the Cubbies, and IMO, they might be fighting for their lives for a WC spot. They still have Cincy to play at the end of the season and that could be a be all… be awesome to see them both burn out the starters to try to clench.

Let’s try not to give an early lead for once and not have to win it in the 9th or extras. That would be nice for a change

One of those rain starts in the second inning and lasts for 2 hours and then the game resumes for game 2 would really be disastrous for our pitching staff.
Staying positive going into this series. We didn’t lose yesterday because we lost the magic! Contreras hit the late homer and put us up. Murph made an uncharacteristic bad pitching change. We’re still hot and still have the Uecker sorcery. One game, one inning, one at-bat at a time.

2 wins would basically lock up the division, so I’d be satisfied
3 wins gives us the season series and essentially guarantees the division so I’d be stoked
4-5 wins might knock the Cubs completely out of the playoffs and make me insanely happy.
