In before the whining. Make no mistake, Tucker will sign wherever pays the most possibly giving a slight discount to say Tampa because that’s his home town. This will be regardless of boos or cheers. The price offered will be based off of the market for his performance and how much return an organization feels he will bring with wins on the field or jersey sales.

Honestly Tucker just needs the time off and I hope it treats him well but when he does come back, I feel like he should get that Trea Turner treatment with a standing ovation alongside the rest of the team as well but hopefully the cubbies can secure a win today
I know Tuck has had his issues, but Caissie has played a total of 3 games. We’ve all seen how bad this club is at preparing players for the leap from minor league to major league play. Countless prospects who rake in the minors struggle at the major league level. So, give it some time before you start making plans for a statue.
