23. I played against Phillips in high school. Got to know him at track meets standing around with all the other throwers. He was a good dude then and is now. I was heartbroken when the Huskers didn’t recruit him instate but was over the moon when the Vikings picked him up. He was one of my favorite Vikings. Bummer to see him go.
