  2. Hear me out. Trade Micah. 4 career playoff games 8 tackles 10 assists 3 tackles for loss 3 qb hits and 1 sack. Any other 4 game stretch the talking heads would be losing their minds. He folds worse than Dak when the lights brightest. Trade Micah.

  4. No one with 1 sack 4 playoff games never shows up in the biggest games in there career blaming Prescott its the whole team not worthy of big money throw 50 TD and 5,000 yds yeah maybe 50 million not paying for what they should do

  7. Fish I agree we need to get Micah signed very soon if we want a chance at beating Philly. One question though what's holding up the deal because it can't be money when Micah told us numerous times he doesn't need to be the highest paid. Your good friends with Jerry, can you have a talk with him and tell him to stop dilly dallying and get this distraction taken care of! 😁

  15. My opinion is this, you need 5 captains voted on by the entire team. The 5 top guys that are always being leaders the team counts on. Then have 5 captains that can change each week based on other factors. I like this better than changing captain's each week or just having the same captains all season.

  16. Trading him is outrageous and shouldn’t be considered. I feel like it’ll set a bad precedent for future negotiations with more great players exits. I feel like even if they sign Micah right now they’ll still lose the first game to the Eagles because of training missed. Too bad we couldn’t start the season with no distractions and I’ve never felt they were a good thing.

  19. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure they can win with him unless they show a lot more depth than we have seen in preseason. Micah is good, but he's not the best that there has ever been at the position. Not at this point anyway. I will say this as well, the starters should be playing in this game to get back up to game speed before facing the Eagles. If they dont, I predict a blowout in Philly.

What the Jones do is keep pushing it down the road and finally give in and pay the player long term when now that they pushed it, has two or three good highly productive years left but are now on a 5 year contract. That's what happened with Elliott, I think it's going to happen with Dak. With Parsons, if they give him a 5 year deal now, they will get his best years as a player. If they wait and franchise tag him for 26 and 27 season, then give him a contract, by the time that contract is up, Micah is no longer the game changer. Yet we pay him as one the last two or three years of his contract, or release him and eat his hit to the cap. Pay him now, lock him down for his best years, then decide on a contract extension after you get his best years. It's like Jerry has always done this, instead of pay a player for their best years, he tries to wait, then pays him after his best years are over. That's seems ass backwards to me and why I do not agree with Jerry's ideas on this.

  24. Micah was ranked 8th on his own team in tackles.. he's not stopping anything. When he got hurt and came back, he had 11 sacks… while the team went 4-5… so he's literally not affecting the team at all….

  26. Here is the thing, if they are not going to sign him long term they wont trade him this year. They can get another year out of him for 24m then trade him before the draft for the same thing they would get now, plus know the draft picks they are getting. Trading him now, would mean a crap shoot on the picks and not having Micah to play this season and no picks right now to improve the team for this season. Trading him now is absolute foolishness. So please everyone stop saying him trade him now. The thing is, I think this is all theatre and Micah is in on it. The long term deal is going to happen right before the season starts. It keeps everyone talking about the Cowboys during the dead time between the end of the preseason games and then the main story the first week of the season.

  29. I believe we are all done with this! Get in a room and get this done or move on. Enough is enough this is stupid. I am sure that Micah has talked to Dak about this and how to handle. Dak willing to take the high road and Micah just wants to be paid and make some plays!

  31. Trade MP, just like DP should have been traded. Both are terrible in the playoffs, neither deserve the present or upcoming ludicrous salaries. Build for the future.

  37. ok this has gone on too long, and parsons will not be in shape or know the defense, till mid season if at all. He is not generational, and does fade, and is a 1 trick pony , pass rusher only,and in big games isnt that good. He can be neutralized.
    I no longer care if he is signed or not, or when or if he plays , and when.
    I dont think he will be ready to go until end of season, which is kinda too late !!
