  1. Are we not in the hole next year for cap? Why not bring kj back for cheap and roll the cap over, OR keep it as emergency fund, I just don’t think it would be wise to be like Bengals and blow you wad on 2 wr lol I mean I’d love too but what if someone key goes down and we need to pick someone else up

  2. I feel they will bring back a KJ or something like that leave cap room for later day signings in case of injuries before trade deadline. Not so sure they are going to spend a bunch on a guy. Im hoping a trade for Chris Olave. Wouldn't cost alot against cap and if he stays healthy you have a choice to pay him or Addison in future. Helps with negotiations later and having a good plan B.

  3. Loved it! Great segment! Also Kwesi acquiring veteran players has almost ALWAYS surprised us, so look for the “huh????” factor as we all pretty much know he is on the hunt for a veteran WR

  4. We just traded Phillips for a can of tuna and we bringing up a Thielen trade! is Thielen gonna come in and be our third wide receiver ? I don't think so. The Jets are gonna have one hell of a defensive line with the addition of Phillips. None of our defensive linemen could take the starting job from him so we moved him for salary cap reasons giving our young dlinemen a chance for playing time and hopefully improve our pass rush.

  5. I'm all for whoever will help the team the most. I don't feel bringing back KJ or Thielen will be the best move to win, but the safest. To bring either one of them back is not worth dropping Phillips over though in my opinion. Go big or go home! Can't see this playoff contending roster get wasted to have a reunion with players we already dropped for a reason. Whatever happens is out of our control, I just hope it works out.

  6. I'm not really sure where the trade overreaction is coming from. Phillips is and was during the entirety of his time in Minnesota a below-average starting defensive lineman. I don't use PFF, because it's a less accurate measurement of play than a toddlers evaluation. But…. that being said for all you PFF merchants (the host of this show) Phillips has ranked as a backup rotation player among interior Lineman. He is a below-average run defender with little to no interior flexibility, and he doesn't do anything to get to the QB or plug scrambling lanes. They have plenty of younger depth to supplement the production or lack there of production Phillips was going to give you. They got a pick for a player that they may have simply ended up cutting…

  7. I feel like Powell was a bit more reliable than KJ, if they go the band-aid route. Thielen would be ideal esp. since we still seem to have red zone issues. Just worried about the money and frankly Thielen's expectations.
