  1. Not sure why the Orioles wouldn’t explore Stem Cell Therapy for the Rotator Cuff and fyi when you have labrum surgery they cut through your rotator cuff. The Orioles need to really look at there strength and conditioning team and rehab group

  2. Let's face it, the team was not ready to compete by the end of 2025 spring training. They weren't physically or fundamentally prepared to start the season. It seemed that every story that I read, they had short workout days and a lot of playing around in Florida. Like him or not, this goes back to the program that Hyde set up and he ultimately paid the price for it. Hopefully next ST there will be a lot more preparation physically and fundamentally.

  3. The entire, O's, training/conditioning staff needs to be terminated. Of course in juries are a part of all sports but the amount of injuries this year is inexcusable. Not just mior injuries but season ending injuries. And in some cases like, Rodriguez, beyond season ending. Completely and totally inexcusable.
