  1. Cubs celebrating a world series win and Brewers sub acting like the sky is falling after *checks notes* losing 1 game in the division over 5 games without our best player

  2. All that dooming over the last two games, just for a drop of blood. We dropped just one game in the standings and are DONE with Chicago now. 💙💛

  3. After those terrible middle three games I will absolutely take a 7 game lead with no more to play against the Cubs

  4. At the end of the day, it could have been worse than 2-3. Let’s finish this thing strong from here on out!

  5. Brewers came in to a TOUGH five-game series, away, against a good opponent, up 8 games in the Division. In the end, we head back up 7. I. Will. Take. That. Fly the L!

  6. Whew. Going into the series, many of us were saying we’d be happy with 2-3. With the way we lost some of the games, like last night, it should’ve been better, but still not terrible overall.

  7. we had a lot of good luck through our streak, some better luck in this series and we take 3/5. totally fine, but geez it’s a long stretch coming up

  8. Cubs had five cracks at us at home and only managed to get 1 game closer to us in the standings when it was all said and done. I’m just fine with that. Fly the L..

  9. For the record, still ok to be disappointed in the past couple of days, but most importantly be impressed with the bounce back when it was needed today. That win is gonna go a long way for this team.

  10. 11 game winning streak followed by 4-4 stretch followed by 14 game winning streak followed by 4-4 stretch…. You do the math for what comes next!

  11. 4-4 road trip isn’t bad. Cubs played their A game only to gain one game on the crew.

  12. Counsell doing us a big favor benching Caissie and Shaw, with the Tucker add back being the cherry on top. Sleeper agent status confirmed
