Begining of the season took them for over 84.5. 3 weeks ago took them over 98.5. I tried fing them at over 100 and I wasn’t able to. I think 100 is doable. The Cubs series was a wash to me. They got out losing 1 game in the standings withplaying that kind of schedule. GOOOOO BREWERS!!!!!!
Ask me after we get Joey’s results in

100 wins would be amazing but I think I can speak for most that it would just be another meaningless “remember when” talking point without a world series. If I can see that once in my life I will be happy.

Six games over .500 is certainly attainable the way this team plays. The starting pitching is basically 5 guys who you would look at and say “Oh good, pick a name is pitching tonight, losing streak is over. I’d even go as far as saying that they will not lose multiple games in row the rest of the way. While it would be nice to have 100+ wins, more important is that they keep playing good baseball. They need a record that puts them in the top two teams in the league to avoid the Wild Card series. Seattle had 116 wins in 2001 but lost to the Yankees in the ALCS in five games. I’d trade a 100 win season for making it to and winning the WS.
My guess is 100 wins on the nose and #1 seed.
So we are the low team in the NL central on the totem pole for wins in a season, correct? It would be nice to change that. Since 162 wins is no longer possible, I’ll go with the next best thing. Shall we go with, umm just some random number, say114? Sounds attainable.
102?

I doubt we crack 100 without Joey so kind of hinges on that for me
I’d have to go with 98 wins just based upon their upcoming schedule- Jays and Phillies.
I’m saying 97 cuz that is the easiest one to achieve.
IMO, don’t care as much now about wintotal except in having the #1 seed in the playoffs and even better, #1 overall record for hosting the WS if they get that far
I hope for 100+ but if I had to make an educated guess 99
Who fuckin’ cares? Just win the division and get enough wins for home field.
Run the table and damn the torpedoes!
If everything goes right in the injury department, book this year’s Crew for 103
The only real issue to getting to that number is once they’ve secured the division and 1st Rd bye, I can see the team easily letting their foot up on the gas pedal to rest some guys heading into the postseason, which is understandably the prudent thing to do.
So while it’d be nice for the cubs to simply collapse and fade away down the stretch and for us to enjoy a good dose of daily FTL flag raising, I wouldn’t particularly hate the cubs sticking close to our butts to light some fire under it and keep pushing the team to greater heights.
I expect 102 wins. Like not hitting that will feel like a failure
I want 100 but most likely 95-98, I will go 97
100 would be magical. Let’s get it!! Against all odds man.
