Jansen obviously needs some time to recover, he’s been great all year but that’s 2 games that he loses singlehandedly for the team.
Welcome back Stephenson, should’ve kept Brogdon too for non-save situations like this. Bats needed to wake up. Onto the next one
The bats this game is me playing mlb the show with the difficulty turn up to G.O.A.T
Don’t worry guys we got em right where we want them. We’ll get that “at least it’s not a sweep” game if it’s the last thing we do
I guess there were no suckers that wanted Jansen at the deadline.
Make tonight his last game as an Angel, and go with Garcia now, but that’s too easy of a decision for lame duck Montgomery.
They aren’t trying to win by playing Moore over Rengifo. It’s fine to prioritize getting him ABs since he’s here long term. But it’s throwing up the white flag plain and simple.
bad pitch location
This team is so fucking garbage
1) ROBERT STEPHENSON
2) oh good one of the Main Characters of 2025 did his thing
Also, this is out of nowhere, but I love weirdo pitching deliveries and I fucking hate Andrew Kittredge’s delivery. It’s just an aesthetic thing and I appreciate him being a weirdo but fuck me.
Edit: I realized why: it’s not fun, it’s just a chore
The offense problem… Johnny Washington, Get out!
Tough loss. Bats just weren’t there tonight.
I’m sorry but what is happening with Jansen lately?
Why does O’Hoppe warrant a bobble head night??
IMO I think that is a very fair question.
“Meaningful baseball in August”
What does that even mean??
Boring boring game
Imagine being the 2025 Cubs beating the 2025 Angels by only one run

Not really the pitching’s fault when you have 2 runs from 2 solo shots by the same guy. We should have pounded their crap pitcher. On to tomorrow and let’s beat them teddy bears!
