  1. Sure, the Stars might be a bit more top heavy this upcoming season but with Moose on our side I'm not fearing much in the offense department (except when they just can't score)

  2. People were crazy to devalue Rantanen last season. In the 20 games he was with us, he was almost a point a game player (.9, specifically). From any other player, fans would have been raving about him producing like that in a new system. They were expecting the flash he showed at the end of the Colorado/beginning of the Winnipeg series. He’s not going to have a full season of hat tricks. Sorry, Stars fans. It’s just like Robo. 80 points from any other player (except Mikko) would be considered spectacular. From Robo, it’s ho-hum because of one 109-point season.

  3. Joey, according to Wiki’s article on the 2020 playoffs, after the round-robin, we were seeded 3rd in the West. We had been 4th before the round-robin, but when St.Louis lost to us (our only win in the round-robin), they got bumped to 4th.

  8. For me, if Rantanen is not a point per game player it's a problem. Now every stat says he should be but if he's an 80 pt player after a year with the team…. I'll start being a little worried.
