If jays can sign Bieber to a contract extension, it would be like winning the world series. 🎉
Last night the Jays looked like World Series Champions. If they are all in the Blue Jays would go with Bieber, Scherzer, Gausman and Laurer. There are plenty of off days to go with those four starters only. Playing in the World Series is more important that worrying about hurting Berrios and Bassitt's ego. You never know what you will get with those two. Too often bad pitching. If a 5th starter is still a must despite all of the off days, go with Bassitt.
Who were those Miami players? they are only about 6 games below 500? Anyways the next team the Jays play the Minnesota Twins may be a little like Colorado these days because they let loose a lot of good players at the trade deadline. So the Jays should make a lot of hay over the next 5 games!
