14. If Dak goes down this season and Micah is still holding out, it's pretty much textbook that you have to trade him. Packers picks are a lot better than SF, Eagles or Lions. You have to gamble with those low 20's guys that perhaps injuries take them down close to the 10's. You can also trade their picks for 1 top 10 pick.
