  1. 3 weaknesses. 1.) Need a quality PF. 2.) Need a backup point guard. 3.) Need a tall, seven foot, two-way center. Ron Holland is only 20 years old and will be 20 until July 2026. His best is still years away. I think we are going to see the beginnings of a nasty defense THIS year and this is going to be a fun year to watch.

  2. 1st Listen. Ku I think you're spot on. It has to be both Ivey and Thompson. Losing Beasley is done…we need these 2 guys to step up and be exactly as you described. Anything less won't cut it. The East is open. We gotta take advantage and it start with Ivey and Ausar being available and effective.

  3. So Ausar doesn’t necessarily have to improve just be healthy???

What should Ausar averages look like next season to indicate he took a leap? For me he must improve his 3pt% and ft% from 20 and 60% and him creating offense for him self would be nice as well

  4. Last season, Pacers game was a rivalry because they just hated each other. Don't need narratives to be a rivalry, just need beef and those two teams had it more than any other opponent we played. I also think history repeats and this has been one in the past.

  5. The person who needs to make the biggest jump this year is Trajan Langdon. Get the team a legitimate power forward. And pay Ivey and Duren. If Ivey and Duren make another jump, they won't be able to afford the power forward they need next year.

  6. I don't consider the Rockets any sort of "rivals". I don't care about draft trash talking at all (that's for women and little kids on twitter). The Amen and Ausar thing is fun sure but that's 2 guys, not 2 teams. To me the only rivals the Pistons have are the Bulls and Pacers. I guess if you're too young, you don't view the Bulls as a rival but I don't see it that way. And it's sad to me that you can be too young to remember Malice at the Palace, but that's how it is these days. People want this artificial bullshit rivalry over stuff with real history.

  7. Silver blew it by not having the "groups" in the in season tournament just be the divisions so that they could build some rivalries. Silver has destroyed division significance and division rivalries. That was a golden opportunity to build them back up.

  8. You must be sleep deprived. Talking about this team needs to wait another two years to find out where these players fit. If that's what turns out to happen and I was Cade, I would demand a trade like A.D. did with New Orleans. Any teams that know they have star for more than two years and do nothing to put players around him deserve to lose that player.

  9. Ku for real.. Knicks and Pistons are a Rivalry now.. Pistons beat them so often in the regular season last year and knicks won the playoff series in 6 games.. Rivalries do not exist just because the teams have beaten each other in the playoffs every year
