Anywho, THIS Is Wot I'm Gonna Truthfully say after this L8est Debacle= LINEUP CONSTRUCTION MATTERS!!❗❗ I.e.: Bottom of the 4th Inning Today vs. Milwaukee: I thought to myself AS YET ANOTHA Good Scoring Opportunity was gettin away from Cubs: "IF ONLY Counsell had done @ least 2 tings Different Today= RIGHTFULLY Bat Nico higher up in Today's lineup; & bat Kyle Tucker LOWER= like 8th."

    I'd dare say they would AT LEAST NOT have gotten Freakin SHUTOUT!❗😡 It's Beyond peeps with @ least Good ⚾I.Q., da WRONG decisions dat either Craig Counsell is makin All By Himself fo' @ least Weeks Now; Or If he's Foolishly listening to those FOCKEN FOOLS: Hoyer &/or Hawkins= ?❓…

    Da definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over & over again; & expecting different results.

    I'll pretty much, somwot leave this advice, loosely: Nico, Matt, Pete, Seiya, & Michael Busch should be sl8d somwhere within lineup positions: 1thru5 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. And: Dansby, Carson; & "Two Outta Three…🎶🎼🎵" of: Owen Caissie/Ian/& Kyle Tucker 'platooning' fo' somwhere within
    lineup spots: 6,7,8, & 9.

    He’s a very good player but coming off this kind of stretch where we badly need him to produce and pick this offense up. We needed more . And it’s not all his fault at all but damn

    Not just the division but it is appearing even wildcard. At this point what do I care if they make the postseason and get bounced in three games🌧

    They came out of the gate, like the Kentucky Derby fast, but forgot the race is a Steeple Chase much longer and much more grueling. They are not constructed for the long-haul 🌧

  9. The problem is the Brewers have guys in AAA and AA. Hitters and pitchers to bring up in case this happens. The Cubs dont have that kind of Farm system. Personnel wise, Counsel cant solve the offense that way.

  15. I ran the Bill James pythW-L%, adjusted it for the Cubs downturn since June 30th, and added the Counsell factor. Cubs will end the season 89-73.

    Will that be enough to get a wildcard spot?

  18. First time I turned off the game, all season. I've NEVER seen an offense, COMPLETELY, disappear like this…….EVER. These two teams are defying the odds……..while going in seperate directions. Neither is explainable.

  19. This absolutely let's me know, in my opinion, that Counsell is getting exposed with a lesser talented team!!🙄🧐 The years of success with the Brewers was due to their "Front Office and roster!! Counsell is like a corpse, on the Cubs' bench!!😲 If you've seen the movie "Weekend at Bernie's" with Andrew McCarthy, if you know the plot,……… Counsell is Bernie!!🫣🤨

    100% agree with Tucker. If he’s not hurt physically sure is mentally and should sit.

Here’s something interesting….this past weekend a national reporter said he anticipates Tucker signing a $600m contract with “some team” in the off season, what a joke..do these reporters not check stats, watch games, look at box scores etc?!? Tucker at this point will be lucky to get $200m and that’s only because some team will pay for past performance and/or think they can fix him.
