I am just soaking up every inning I am lucky enough to see Skenes pitch as a Pirate before he inevitably gets traded to a big market team for 5 shitbird single A players, 2 late round draft picks, and cash and Skenes goes and makes $500M+. It is nice while he is here though. If only we didn't have the most incompetent owner and front office in the 4 major sports, and they would go get him some offense so they could compete… That is a dream that will never come true, unfortunately😭😭😭 SELL THE DAMN TEAM YOU CLOWN!!! 19. Pirates look good facing the worst team in baseball. With 2 outs at the bottom of the 7th there's a line drive to the 1st baseman & caught with a Pirate on 1st. Instead of Pirate running on anything (2 outs), the base runner ran back to 1st after the 3rd out. Things like this are why the Buc's are in last place in their own division.
