I feel sorry for people like u/Clueless_in_Florida who spent so long waiting patiently for that. Hope they could make the most of it.
The only good thing I can say about today is that Paul Skenes threw a shut out and therefore will not pitch against the Cardinals this series.

Caminero is good, and he just turned 22.
Guardians traded him for a pitcher they DFA’d halfway into the next season.

I root for the Cards to win every game. I sit down, and want them to win.
But now that we know they are in fact eligible for a top-six lotto pick next summer, it wouldn’t be the worst thing if the team just collapsed in September. Like, a 76-86 finish would not be the worst thing.
Pepiot was my starting pitcher for my fantasy league. I guess I’m sorta happy?

In other news…The Braves straight up released Erick Fedde today after an ERA of 8.10 with the club. Hard to believe this guy had a complete game shutout with lots of promise earlier this year.
