  1. I am impressed with Brosmer. Wentz could go either way. JJ should have had a bit more play time in preseason. Howell and Rypien needed to go..
Is it too late to bring back Darnold in trade for Wentz? 😅😅

  2. Brosmer should be QB2. He's better than Wentz today, even though he hasn't played in a regular season game. Wentz can run the practice squad. Nobody was sitting around wishing they had Carson Wentz and nobody is going to steal him off the practice squad.

  3. On a different note I have a riddle. What is worse than a 2022 round one pick not working out? That same first rounder getting cut by his new team early. Eagles cut Lewis Cine. Not only did he not work for the Vikings, he is flat no good for the NFL. VERY bad choice.

  4. Wentz is a good QB, but he's made of paper mache. So, even if Brosmer is QB3, he's basically just a few plays away before a light gust of wind takes Wentz out.

  5. Brosmer's a great fit for QB3, awesome to see him do so well in camp and preseason. QB3 is basically a free developmental spot or a possible emergency QB in a really dire scenario. Wentz is QB2, if he went down they would play Brosmer only until the soonest they could trade for and game prep a new QB2 with experience. Could change later in the year once they've seen him process regular-season game planning (way more intensive than preseason) and doing fill-in and scout team work in practice. That would be my guess what the plan is roughly.
