  1. Bullpen MVP tonight really stepped up after a couple off days. Ashby was the standout he mowed through their best hitters and only had the one hit and bullshit walk. Much needed win to get the momentum flowing.

  2. Did Woody really tell Murph to “Fuck Off”?

I listened to this game bc I’m camping- but…like, that’s not good right?

  3. Selective memory but that might have been the least stressful save this season. Ahead of every count, great movement.

Ashby also made a 1 run game feel *somewhat* comforting with how good he looked.

  4. Gritty win! Would have loved to win 7-0, but you need these games to happen to get right for the playoffs.

One mistake pitch from Woody in a really weird inning from blowing them out anyways.

  5. Credit goes to their pitcher Jarvis for single handedly saving their bullpen. Nice win.

  6. *turns on 97.3 for the post game*

why the fuck am i listening to that absolute goober Jason Smith

  7. Needed that win badly!! This is exactly the kind of offense we’ll probably need to win this series. DBacks lineup is just too good to not score some runs. Have to keep pecking even if you get a big inning!!

  8. Pitching was lights out with one little blip, really glad the bats had some life tonight

  9. My favorite part of being a Brewers fan is that our wins are convincing, no-doubt, solid victories. It’s nice knowing that our team plays consistent baseball and it puts my heart at ease being certain that we have a game in the bag. I have never doubted this Brewers team, ever. And I have no reason to, with this magnificient team that gives me no stress at all.

The Brewers are yet to have a losing season since 2017 (2020 doesnt count to fit my narrative)

  10. Definitely a must-win, choking that game would’ve been catastrophic. Glad to see Durbin continue to knock.

  11. we lost last night and the sun still came up shining and woody delivered us back to glory

  12. Got a little hairy there but a win is a win. Nice to see the bats come alive and it’s only gonna get better when Chourio is back.

  13. I really gotta stop letting these guys dictate my mood because I’m riding a good high right now.

  14. i’m honestly still not sure what happened. Woody was SO CRISP through 5 and then it felt like 10 seconds later they had 5 runs

  15. Wait Ashby struck out every out he recorded? Dude is filthy and going to be huge for us in the playoffs.

  16. Woody was in too long, thankfully they got out of it and Durbin’s insurance HR gave them a boost to seal it

  17. Ashby has been a godsend, the dude is just putting together clean innings like he isn’t even aware of the stakes.

  18. Just a heads up for those gripping on the strike zone tonight as bad as Manny Gonzalez is I just realized we get the Rob Kulpa show to close this one out on Thursday.

  19. Great win, and a great game outside of that one inning, but still a really impressive showing for a much needed victory

  20. Abner Uribe is absolutely this teams next closer if he figures out how to not crash and burn when he gives up a run lol

  21. I guess I can’t go to any more games. Last two games I went to we lost. And I went yesterday…

  22. “He’s gonna be the guy getting tased today” murph talking about Collins in the postgame interview lol
