Reporters always think something crazy is happening just cause team wants to slow walk a players return, it's not a big deal, the plan is to have him play in reggie season as an unexpected threat, so dont always think something up especially when its several players being saved for important reggie games, the only difference here is that Waller is clearly a secret nobody will expect, that is potentially going to work perfectly for the team, or not. Not showing him so soon creates anticipation, and can potentially surprise the enemy. If he was playing in pre-season games and did good, teams would for sure be prepared, let them have some level of doubt

2. Ross has destroyed this once proud franchise.

Everybody assumes everything except that most likely we just want to build anticipation with most the players that have not been playing, and an unpredictable image for our opponents to attempt to prepare for. I would bet that even game 1 a lot of players will not be playing yet, because that should be a win without needing everyone, and it builds more anticipation for home opener, and increased chances we can blow the opponent away when everyone is active and getting snaps

This nonsense up in Cleveland where a certain group of fans care more about Shedeur Sanders than the team reminds me a lot of what has happened here where u have fans who care more about Tua than the team. I didn't think there was any way he wouldn't make the 53, due to lack of experience in the secondary, etc. But I guess I was wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if they bring him back after week 1 as a depth piece, though.
