  4. Well, today was an eventful day, to say the least. They finally break out the bats and shake off the ugly lose streak and finally hit 70 wins, getting a 2 game lead on Seattle. It's crazy that George Costanza has turned into one of our most reliable starters. Sanchez going 5-for-5, after going 0-for-27, was awesome. Sure would love to see more of that. Not even Altuve has gotten 5 hits in a game yet. They grabbed a subpar Craig Kimbrel to strengthen the bullpen. I'm not holding my breath on him, but I know the pitching staff has done wonders, and he couldn't hurt, right? Yordan went 3-for-3 in Corpus tonight. We sure could use him now. I'm also hoping that Meyers and Garcia are coming back soon. I do feel like they can still turn this around. They have restored a bit of my shaky faith.

    But only time will tell.

  7. Its crazy how Jason Alexander has been pitching better than Framber Valdez in last 3 weeks. Great to see the offense back , now please keep it going. Dont be one & done.

  13. Thank god. Can we PLEASE take advantage of the next 10 games?? You've got Baltimore, Colorado, and the Los Anaheim LA Angels of Anaheim Angeles. If they can't make ground in this stretch, i don't think I'll have anything left in me to believe this is a serious baseball team

  27. Finally got off the "haha" number of wins. Okay, now lock in please. Still not convinced the offense is back though. Going up against the dude who (up until his last game against us) hadn't won a game, had an era of what – 6.80(?) and is a rookie but made us look foolish and having a breakout game… If it's just a slump buster that's awesome, long as the slump has been busted, and not just a one off. Please keep it going at least these next few series to build up the division lead against some lesser teams.

  35. A sweep of the Orioles would be nice right now. Astros bullpen will need some super soldier serum if we have any shot of making a serious run. In addition, the Jekyll and Hyde bats need to make up their mind! LOL
