Pulled up to practice & surprised them with new shoulder pads, practice jerseys, & more ๐ฅ
The Pittsburgh Steelers teamed up with Giant Eagle and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to surprise the Cornell Raiders football team with a donation of X-Tech shoulder pads and football equipment. The visit featured Steelers linebacker Alex Highsmith who met with the team after their practice while they enjoyed refreshments provided by Giant Eagle and presented them with the donation.
The equipment was made available through the Cover-2 Program run by X-Tech. The program works
with individuals and organizations looking to give back to young football players by providing high
school, college and youth programs with the latest equipment.
