Tucker got back on track with a mental reset. What are the plans with PCA and Suzuki? Need those bats to get hot for the playoffs if the Cubs want to make a serious run
Did you hear of any deals that almost happened at the trade deadline?
Do you think Owen Caissie’s hot start in the big leagues will influence how aggressive the Cubs will be in pursuing Tucker in free agency?
If Caissie can keep it up, it would seem that rolling with cheap homegrown talent would be the organization’s preferred route.
It doesn’t appear right now there is a path to regular time coming for Caissie or Alcantara, unless we let Tucker go. Do you know the plan for those two, because Iowa or the bench seem like wastes of their talent?
What do your sources say about the general mood inside the clubhouse right now considering the hot streak to break out of the slump?
